Practice Areas

Core Areas of Representation

Focused work where leverage, title issues, recoverable equity, and court procedure intersect.

01
Foreclosure Surplus Recovery
When a foreclosure auction generates proceeds exceeding the mortgage debt, those surplus funds belong to rightful claimants. We identify, pursue, and recover surplus distributions on behalf of former homeowners, heirs, and judgment creditors.
02
Asset Recovery
We locate and reclaim distressed property equity, dormant estate assets, and unclaimed funds across New York State. Our contingency model means clients pay nothing unless we recover.
03
Creditor Rights & Judgment Enforcement
We pursue judgment enforcement strategies including sheriff's sales, post-judgment discovery, lien priority disputes, and judgment renewal — protecting and maximizing the value of our clients' claims.
04
Foreclosure Defense
We defend homeowners facing foreclosure through statute-of-limitations challenges, FAPA compliance analysis, loan modification disputes, and emergency injunctive relief to preserve rights and buy time for resolution.
05
Estate & Probate Matters
From heir identification and estate asset recovery to surplus distribution for estates of deceased property owners, we navigate Surrogate's Court procedure to ensure rightful beneficiaries receive what they are owed.
06
Tariff & Regulatory Recovery
We assist importers and businesses in evaluating and pursuing recovery of improperly assessed tariffs and regulatory fees — an emerging practice area at the intersection of trade law and contingency-based advocacy.

How We Work

We operate with transparency, strategic discipline, and a commitment to aligning our incentives with our clients' outcomes.

i.
